Graduate admissions counseling at DNZed is designed to support current college students or graduates who are navigating the competitive process of applying to graduate programs, whether it be medical school, law school, MBA programs, or other graduate school programs. Our experienced counselors provide comprehensive guidance to help prospective students prepare for every aspect of the application process and increase their chances of admission to their preferred programs.

In our graduate counseling program, your dedicated counselor will assist you in various ways, including:

· Providing feedback and suggestions for additional prerequisite coursework, if needed

· Offering guidance and feedback as you craft essays, personal statements, and statements of purpose

· Evaluating your work experience, refining your resume/CV, and compiling portfolios

· Recommending contacts in your personal and professional network for letters of recommendation

· Conducting research to identify schools and programs that align with your interests and preparing for visits, including interviews

· Addressing any special circumstances that may arise during your application process

For prospective students applying to various graduate programs, our expert counselors offer guidance on all aspects of the application process. They will help you present your academic and professional background effectively, ensure that your applications reflect your unique qualities and aspirations, and assist you in developing a comprehensive application strategy. From identifying any additional prerequisite coursework to preparing for interviews, refining application essays, developing a plan for GRE testing, and more, our counselors will support you at every stage.

Our Approach to the Graduate School Admission Process: 

At DNZed, we take a holistic approach to counseling, considering each student's strengths, interests, and goals. Our goal is to empower students to craft the most compelling applications by utilizing their unique qualities. During the application process, you will work closely with your counselor to complete your individual applications. Subsequently, your applications will be submitted to the DNZed Roundtable, which consists of a mock admissions committee comprising our entire graduate counseling team. This process allows you to benefit from the collective admissions and advising experience of our team, which spans nearly 80 years. The Roundtable provides valuable feedback on all aspects of your application, enabling you to implement critical changes before submitting your final applications and presenting your best possible self to the admissions committees.
